I wasn’t sure what to call these exactly. 😉 They are the same as my coconut oil chocolates, but with a coconut butter top! It’s so yummy!! And I totally NEEDED this treat today! I’m still plugging away on my weight loss goal and didn’t want to “cheat” but was really feeling the need for something that seemed like a cheat treat! Glad that I put this together. One of these goes a LONG way and even if you’re the type that can down an entire container of chocolate in a sitting, these will get you to that “I’m good” state in one or two! For real! Plus they’ve got good stuff in them so go ahead and have one! 😉

For the chocolate part just follow the recipe HERE for the coconut oil chocolates. I still used the mini muffin tin and simply didn’t fill the cups up quite as full as usual. I popped it in the freezer to firm up while I put together the coconut butter top! I got this idea from a “Coconut Butter Button” recipe I ran across one time. Here’s what it looks like.

3/4 c. Coconut Butter (I got THIS one from Amazon)
1/4 c. Coconut Oil
1 t. Vanilla
3 T. Honey or Maple Syrup

Combine in a small pot over low heat until well blended. Poor over the top of the firm Coconut Oil Chocolates. Pop back in the freezer to firm up!

Keep your goodies in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer. 🙂
